·         Housing Support for Homeless Families (TBRA)--For homeless families residing in Clinton and Ingham counties. Live in their own rental housing units and pay a portion of the rent in the amount of 30% of their income. The families are provided with a two-year rental subsidy and supportive services to assist families in meeting their goals to achieve self sufficiency. ·         Permanent Housing for Homeless with Disabilities - Provides permanent housing support for homeless with physical or emotional disabilities or substance dependency challenges. Supportive services assist those in the program in meeting their goals toward achieving self sufficiency. Program transition occurs once participants are able to obtain and sustain permanent housing due to increased self sufficiency.
